A Depth Oriented, Humanistic Approach to Therapeutic Healing
“Life doesn’t always make sense. It can be tough, unpredictable, and exhausting. But you are resilient. And I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner strength and navigate whatever comes your way.”

My Specialties
My Therapeutic Approach

I’m Rooting for You.
You Got This!
The core belief of my therapeutic practice is this: You hold the answers you’re looking for. My role is to help you tune into that inner knowing—so you can move through life with more trust in yourself. Whether we’re exploring relationship dynamics, life direction, trauma, or something else, I work with you to find strategies that feel both effective and authentic to who you are.
I am not here to make the problems in the world disappear. I am here to help you grow your capacity to withstand life’s difficulties so you can navigate this life with more grace and ease — with yourself and with the people you are in relationship with. I am here to help you cultivate your resilience and strength so you can experience the joys of life.
I utilize a variety of exercises—drawing from CBT, somatic experiencing, attachment theory, parts work, the Gottman method, drama therapy, family systems, existential explorations, and more—depending on how you processes the world. I celebrate each individual’s uniqueness, and I tailor my style to fit your needs.
